STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Payment Terms
All invoices are payable immediately upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments can be made by cash, card, bank transfer, or TWINT. For bank transfers, please use the QR code provided on the invoice to ensure correct processing.
2. Prices and Taxes
All prices include Swiss VAT unless stated otherwise. Link’a Multi Shop Sàrl reserves the right to correct any pricing or calculation errors without prior notice.
3. Returns and Exchanges
Goods may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Perishable, hygiene, and clearance items are non-returnable. Refunds are made in the original payment method where possible.
4. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Warranty claims must be made directly to Link’a Multi Shop Sàrl or the manufacturer as indicated on the product.
5. Liability
Link’a Multi Shop Sàrl is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or misuse of products after sale. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
6. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Link’a Multi Shop Sàrl until full payment is received.
7. Late Payments
Unpaid invoices may incur reminder fees and interest in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 104 CO).
8. Disputes and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this invoice or purchase shall be governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Martigny (VS), Switzerland.
